นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

เราให้คำมั่นว่าจะเคารพความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ กำหนดนโยบายและแนวปฎิบัติสำหรับการใช้ การเก็บข้อมูล การเผยแพร่ และการรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เมื่อท่านเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์และบริการของเรา

1) "ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล" คืออะไร?

สำหรับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ นิยามของ "ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล" หมายถึง ข้อมูลใดก็ตามที่บ่งชี้หรือสามารถบ่งชี้ตัวบุคคลได้ (เช่น ชื่อ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ อีเมล์ ที่อยู่ เพศ วันเกิด ฯลฯ)

2) เราเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอะไรบ้าง และเมื่อไหร่ 

เราจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดย

ก. เมื่อท่านลงทะเบียนใช้บริการ เราทำการเก็บข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการลงทะเบียนของท่าน อาทิ ชื่อ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ติดต่อ ที่อยู่อีเมล์ ที่อยู่อาศัย เพศ และวันเกิด

ข. เรายังทำการจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านอาจสมัครใจให้ผ่านการสำรวจหรือการตอบแบบสอบถามที่เราอาจจัดทำขึ้น

ค. โปรดดูที่ข้อ 7 “คุกกี้” สำหรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราอาจเก็บเมื่อท่านเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ของเรา

เราเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลข้างต้น เมื่อท่านลงทะเบียนใช้บริการ เข้าใช้บริการ รับการบริการจากหุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจของเรา และในเวลาใดๆ ที่ท่านอัปเดตข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

3) เราใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ใด

การจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นไปเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้

ก. การจัดบริการของเราให้กับท่าน

ข. การดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการของท่าน หรือตอบสนองต่อข้อสงสัย คำร้อง หรือข้อเสนอแนะของท่าน

ค. การสร้างฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าส่วนหนึ่งของ Solvil et Titus มีความจำเป็นต่อการดำเนินงานที่เรารับผิดชอบ

ง. การค้นคว้าและวิเคราะห์ข้อมุูล เพื่อทำการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์

จ. ส่งต่อหรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้หุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจของเรา เพื่อดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามข้อ (ก) ถึง (ง) ข้างต้น

ฉ. เพื่ออนุญาตให้หุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจ บุคคล หรือนิติบุคคลที่หุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจเข้าทำข้อตกลง ดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามข้อ (ก) ถึง (ง) ข้างต้น

ช. วัตถุประสงค์อื่นใดที่เกี่ยวกับ และ/หรือ ส่งเสริมความในข้อ (ก) ถึง (ง) ข้างต้น

ซ. เพื่อทำการตลาดแบบตรงที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับร้านค้าของเรา เว็บไซต์นี้ หรือช่องทางออนไลน์ หรือโซเชียลมีเดียอื่นๆ ซึ่งเราหรือบริษัทในเครือควบคุมดูแล

เราจะไม่ใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น หากท่านไม่ยินยอม

4) ความถูกต้อง

เราจะทำทุกวิธีเพื่อรับรองว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่จัดเก็บนั้นถูกต้อง กรุณาให้ความร่วมมือในการให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ถูกต้องเมื่อท่านทำการลงทะเบียน และในกรณีที่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง กรุณาแจ้งให้เราทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด

5) การเผยแพร่ ส่งต่อ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอาจถูกจัดเก็บ ประมวลผล และรวบรวมไว้นอกประเทศไทย โดยเราอาจให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านกับบุคคลดังต่อไปนี้ หากจำเป็นต้องมีการเผยแพร่ ส่งต่อ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ หรือเหตุผลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับจุดประสงค์ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ก. เราจะส่งต่อหรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้กับหุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจ

ข. เราจะส่งต่อหรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้กับบริษัทในเครือของหุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจ

ค. อาจมีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้บุคคลอื่น หรือบุคคลใดที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือตามที่ศาลในประเทศไทยมีคำสั่ง โดยที่บุคคลดังกล่าวต้องพิสูจน์ได้ว่ามีสิทธิหรืออำนาจในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลนั้น

ง. เราจะไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้บุคคลอื่นหรือบริษัทใด และ

จ. เราจะไม่เผยแพร่ ส่งต่อ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้บุคคลอื่นหรือบริษัทใด (นอกจากบริษัทในเครือของเรา) เพื่อทำการตลาดแบบตรง

6) การเข้าถึงข้อมูลและการแก้ไขข้อมูล

ก. ท่านอาจตรวจสอบได้ว่าเรามีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านหรือไม่ หากต้องการตรวจสอบ โปรดส่งคำขอเข้าถึงข้อมูลให้เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาข้อมูลของเรา ที่อีเมล์ cs@solvil-et-titus.co.th

ข. ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลโดยส่งอีเมล์ถึงเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาข้อมูลของเรา ที่ cs@solvil-et-titus.co.th และเราอาจบันทึกบทสนทนาของท่านกับเรา เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลที่ดี

เราจะใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมในการยืนยันตัวตนของท่านก่อนอนุมัติการเข้าถึงหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เราจะพยายามตอบรับคำขอของท่านภายใน 40 วัน โดยปฏิบัติตามบทกฎหมาย เราจะเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริหารจัดการเมื่อท่านมีคำขอเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยเราจะดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านหลังจากมีการชำระค่าใช้จ่ายแล้ว สำหรับการขอแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัวจะไม่มีการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมใดๆ ในกรณีที่คำขอเข้าถึงหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลของท่านถูกปฏิเสธ เราจะแจ้งเหตุผลให้ท่านทราบ ซึ่งท่านอาจคัดค้านเหตุผลของเราที่ไม่อนุมัติให้ท่านเข้าถึงหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลได้

7) ความปลอดภัย

เราจะใช้ความพยายามตามความเหมาะสมในทางการค้าขาย เพื่อป้องกันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากการเข้าถึงโดยไม่มีอำนาจ หรือโดยอุบัติเหตุ แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน เราไม่สามารถรับประกันความปลอดภัยได้ 100% อาทิเช่น การป้องกันการแฮ็กข้อมูล หรือการขโมยข้อมูลทางไซเบอร์ขณะส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ต เราจะรักษาความรับผิดชอบในการดูแลความปลอดภัยข้อมูล โดยการใช้มาตรการทางด้านกายภาพ ด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และด้านการจัดการ เพื่อปกป้องและคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

8) การจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะถูกจัดเก็บไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ยังมีความจำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์แรกเริ่ม หรือวัตถุประสงค์อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง ตราบที่ไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมายใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

9) การแก้ไขนโยบายฉบับนี้

เราขอสงวนสิทธิในการแก้ไขนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการแก้ไขในเรื่องวิธีการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ทางเราจะดำเนินการขอความยินยอมจากท่านก่อน ผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อที่ท่านให้ไว้

10) นโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติเรื่องการตลาดแบบตรง

เราประสงค์จะใช้และอาจเผยแพร่ชื่อของท่าน ที่อยู่อีเมล์ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ติดต่อ ที่อยู่อาศัย และเพศของท่าน ให้กับบริษัทในเครือ เพื่อทำการตลาดแบบตรง ดังที่จะอธิบายต่อไปนี้

ก. การประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริการ สินค้า และอุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆ ซึ่งวางขายที่

(1) ร้านค้าของเรา

(2) เว็บไซต์นี้ และ/หรือ

(3) ช่องทางออนไลน์ หรือโซเชียลมีเดียอื่นๆ ซึ่งเราหรือบริษัทในเครือควบคุมดูแล

ข. กิจกรรมทางการตลาดเกี่ยวกับการบริการ สินค้า และอุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆ ซึ่งวางขายที่

(1) ร้านค้าของเรา

(2) เว็บไซต์นี้ และ/หรือ

(3) ช่องทางออนไลน์ หรือโซเชียลมีเดียอื่นๆ ซึ่งเราหรือบริษัทในเครือควบคุมดูแล

ท่านจะไม่ได้รับเนื้อหาใดๆ เกี่ยวกับการตลาดแบบตรง หากท่านไม่ได้ยินยอมให้ Solvil et Titus ใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อทำการตลาดแบบตรง ตามที่ได้อธิบายไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

ในอนาคต ถ้าท่านไม่ประสงค์รับจดหมายข่าว การทำการตลาด และเนื้อหาเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์การตลาดแบบตรงจากเราอีกต่อไป กรุณาส่งอีเมล์ถึงเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาข้อมูล เพื่อแจ้งให้เราทราบที่ cs@solvil-et-titus.co.th เราอาจบันทึกบทสนทนาระหว่างท่านกับเราเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลที่ดี เราจะอัปเดตฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าของเรา โดยไม่เก็บค่าใช้จ่ายจากท่านเพิ่มเติม

PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

 

We are committed to respecting your privacy.  This Privacy Policy Statement sets out our policies and practices with regard to the use, collection, sharing and security of your Personal Data when you use this Website and our Services.

For this Privacy Policy Statement, the meaning of the term “Personal Data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (e.g. name, contact number, email address, physical address, gender, date of birth, etc.).

We collect the above Personal Data when you register for our Services, access our Services, activate the services of our Business Partners and at any time you update your Personal Data.

 

3. For what purposes do we use your Personal Data?

 

Your Personal Data is collected for the following purposes: -

1. provision of our Services to you;
2. carrying out your instructions or responding to your enquiries, requests and complaints;
3. forming part of Solvil et Titus’s customer data base necessary for the operations carried on by us;
4. Research and analysis for marketing and promotional purposes;
5. transferring or sharing your Personal Data to/with our Business Partners for the purposes of carrying out (a) to (d) above in this section;
6. to allow our Business Partners or person or body corporate with whom our Business Partners enter into arrangements with to carry out the purposes set out in (a) to (d) above in this section;
7. any purposes related to and/or for the furtherance of (a) to (f) above; and
8. direct marketing purposes.                                                                     

Without your consent, we shall not use your Personal Data for purposes other than those specified above.

4. Accuracy

 

We will take all practicable steps to ensure that Personal Data collected is accurate.  Please endeavour to provide us with accurate Personal Data when you register and where there are any changes to your Personal Data, please inform us as soon as possible.

5. Personal Data Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

Your Personal Data may be collected, processed and stored in countries outside of Thailand. Where sharing, transfer or disclosure is necessary to satisfy the purpose, or a directly related purpose, for which the Personal Data was collected, we may provide your Personal Data to the following parties:

1. we will transfer or share your Personal Data with our Business Partners;
2. we will transfer and share your Personal Data with our Business Partner Affiliates;
3. Personal Data may also be disclosed to any person or persons pursuant to any statute or as required by any court of law in Thailand, provided such person or persons are able to prove the required right/authority to access such information;
4. we will not sell your Personal Data to any person or company; and
5. we will not share, transfer or disclose your Personal Data to/with any person or company (except our Affiliates) for direct marketing purposes.

 

6. Access and Correction

You may correct and check whether we hold any of your Personal Data and, if so, may request access by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer at cs@solvil-et-titus.co.th; We may record your correspondences with us for good record keeping purposes.

 

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or permitting corrections to your Personal Data.  We will endeavour to respond within 40 days of your request. We will charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs when you request access to your Personal Data.  We will comply with your request after the imposed fee is paid.  We will not charge a fee for corrections to your Personal Data.  Should we refuse your request for access or correction, reason(s) will be given. You may object to our reason(s) for our refusal to grant you access or correction. 

7. Security

We will use reasonable commercial endeavours to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure or other use but at the same time we cannot guarantee a 100% security, for example from hacking or cybertheft as your Personal Data is transmitted over the Internet.  We maintain our commitment to data security by implementing appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure your Personal Data.

8. Retention of Personal Data

Your Personal Data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfill the original or directly related purpose for which it was collected, unless this is contrary to any applicable laws. 

9. Amendment to this Statement

We may amend this Privacy Policy Statement from time to time.  If we make any amendments in the way we use your Personal Data, we will obtain your prior consent through your contact details provided to us.

 

10. Statement of Policies and Practices on Direct Marketing

We intend to use and may share with our Affiliates your name, email, contact number, physical address and gender for direct marketing purposes as described below:-

1. Promotions relating to the Services, Products and other lifestyle accessories sold:

iii) other online or social media platforms that are managed by us or our Affiliates.
